Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
felony adjudication
My husband had a felony charge of burglary and after completing all terms ordered by the judge he was ajuciated and given his rights back to vote. My question, he has been hired for a new jobe and has to be bonded. Will this felony show up when he tries to be bonded and can he even get bonded?

Re: felony adjudication
Yes it will show on his record and it is possible a bonding company may deny him because of they don't want to take a chance.
