Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Is it possible to have a felony for aggrevated assault brought down to a misdemeanor if I've completed my sentence and probation? Or if not can a felony be expunged in the state of Florida for first time offense?

If you've served your sentence it is unlikely to get the charge amended now. You could get the charge sealed if, and only if, you got a withhold of adjudication on this charge, it was not a domestic related offense, and you have NEVER been convicted of any other crime, no matter how small anywhere. I have information on my website below regarding sealing and expunging that may help.
