Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I had a felony back in 2000- of theft. i was convicted of this charge and was sentenced to prison for 2 years.. i done 8 years parole without any charges. i now have been of parole for about 18 years. can i get a fire arms permit and if so how? thank you.
