Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

felony battery on person 65 years plus

I am in a situation whereas my attny is working on Pre Trial intervention and that I am able to keep my not guilty plea status, per the attny I may qualify for the intervention. At this time I went to see the counsler and she stated that I have to pay the court fees, crimes victims compensation, low investigation fees and drug fee (one time) and monthly visitation fees. I also have to do 50 hours of community service and an anger management class. What is the statue of limitations on this as well. Per the infracttion was avery minor issue as per the plaintiff so-called was my ex-neighbor who was harrassing me in many different ways and every time that I called the police all they could do is to tell him to leave me alone and a few days would pass and he would start up in who's what he would do to irritate me and I would call the police that my neighbor is harrasing me again. Please help me with this. Thank you in Altamonte Springs (rj)
