felony bond-leaving the us for vacationi
if a person is out on felony bond (25,000) and wants to go to canada for a vacation, can they leave the us???

you need to get permission from the judge. if it is just for vacation i wouldn't get your hopes up. it really depends on the facts of the case and whether there is a probability that the defendant will not return.
