Felony charge
My son is hanging around someone who has two felony charges I found on county records. What is the difference between NO ACTION TAKEN and NOLLE PROS-COMP PTI?

The no action means the state did not pursue the charges and the other means the state dropped the charges after he completed a diversion program.
