felony conviction expunged
Can a felony conviction be expunged after a period of time even if the convicted person served 3 years in prison for sale and possession of narcotics and then violated parole by selling to an undercover agent and given a month sentence with leniency due to good behavior.

Short answer - NO. A conviction is ineligible and otherwise does not qualify for a record expunction.
