Hello,

First you have to find out if you qualify. Basically, you have to be able to answer "no" to these 3 questions:

1. Have you ever been convicted of a crime before?

2. Have you ever sealed/expunged a record before?

3. Are you currently under court supervision?

If you can answer "no" to the above, and the charges against you were dropped/never filed/dismissed, then you are likely eligible. If you received a withholding of adjudication, you would be eligible to seal. You would have to apply for an eligibility certificate from the FDLE, order certified copies of your disposition notice(s), and file a petition & affidavit with the court.

Costs vary - but typically between $500-$800.

Good luck

You should contact an attorney to sit down with you and see if your record can even be sealed/expunged. Some crimes cannot be expunged and any conviction (ajudication) will be unable to be sealed/expunged. Feel free to visit my website under sealings/expungements for more information or contact me at [email protected] if you have any questions.

Good luck,
