how to get felony expunged?

i have a felony that was nolle-pros and

closed in 1998. i wanted to know how i

can expunge it so it wont show on my

background checks.

You must get a fingerprint card and get the expungment application and send off to the FDLE in Tallahasse and then you must get an order from the local judge.
