Maybe! In Florida you can seal or expunge felonies, so long as you meet all other eligibility requirements. If you can answer no to these three questions, you likely are eligible:
1. Have you been convicted of a crime before in FL or any other state?
2. Have you sealed or expunged a record before?
3. Are you currently under court supervision?
