Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i have a felony issued warent from four years ago in the state of florida i have moved to another state i was stopped by police and florida did not want to come get me my question is will this warrent ever go away and if i was looking at a few months in jail back then what would i be looking at if caught?

Until you resolve the case, the warrant will always be there. You don't say what the charge is so no one can say what you're looking at. Even if we did know, judges and prosecutors change their mind all the time. It goes without saying that you need an attorney right away so that you can resolve this.
