Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Felony
In 1989 i got out of jail with time served after serving 5 months twice; the first 5 i got out on probation & i violated came back to indiana; went back to turn myself in to the orange county sheriff then served the next 5 months. My original charge was, uttering & forgery stolen documents. & possession of coke. I was a crack head at that time, my life was hell. All of this happen in florida. Now, these last 20 years, i have been clean, good job, active in church, totally new attitude. My question is; can that felony be taken off my record. Essponged?
