Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I'm currently on felony probation and paying restitution. I have been paying the bare minimum for restitution each month but will NOT have finished paying it off by the time my probation has ended. Can I be in violation if I haven't paid off restitution by the end of my probation sentence?

You should not be violated if you have been paying as required, but were not able to finish the payments. The remainder of the costs will go to judgment or collection court.
