Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a felony on my record. I wasn't arrested but the police took down my information but I never received anything about court. It's a few years later and I've graduated college and currently looking for a job. The felony status is closed. Is getting it expunge the only way to remove it off my record?
