Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a felony record of posession of controlled substance, and paraphernelia, and Grand Theft 3/ cheating. Is it true that if adjuticated guilty in the state of Florida, that I can not have either of these expunged from my record?

That is true. An adjudication of guilt precludes expunging the record, or sealing it.
