"Sealed" means that the record of the arrest and offense is placed in a envelope at the courthouse and literally sealed and the record shows as sealed in criminal records computers. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement charges $75 and most counties have a separate charge of about $92. You can get a lawyer to help you for between $500 and $1500.

Most states don't allow sealing, but Florida does. You must have your record sealed in the state where the record exists.
