felony

how much time am i looking at for a burglary charge and a criminal mischief charge? i have had a prior arrest for these charges ten years ago

What you score really depends on a lot of issues that only your lawyer can advise. If they are both felonies, then it is more than 10 years. If you are looking for representation and better answers give my office a call.
