What can be done to a FHP officer for raping a 15 yr child when they do not have enough evidence?

I will need more information before this question can be answered. If there is not enough evidence then the suspected rapist will not be charged.

Regardless of profession, if you have knowledge that a crime has been committed, you can contact the local State Attorney's office or the local police agency to file a report.
