my fiance got arrested for dealing in stolen property/ trafficking. what happened was our neighbor told him it was alright to pawn his xbox 360 to get money to go to gainsville to see his dad. after my fiance pawned the xbox the neighbor reported it stolen. what can we do about getting the charges dropped? or is there anything at all we can do? and if he gets convicted what is the sentence he will get. he is on felony probation for other charges. thank you

The violation of probation may be his biggest risk. However, he is still facing 15 years in prison on the charge. You need to get an attorney right away.
