Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Me and my fiance have no felony/misdemeanor charges. I bonded out but my fiance and two other co defendants are still n custody for armed robbery. I'm innocent but I'm not sure what to do or how to prove my case bc me and my fiance haven't been appointed a public defender yet and our arraignment date is next wed. What should I do or how should I plea to avoid a felony record or jail time. I'm a mom of there in school for my BA

You can easily ask for the public defender at your arraignment, or hire an attorney in your area before then. If your fiance is in custody, then he has a PD.
