Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My fiance found out he had a warrant, then turned himself in but 5 days in jail later he gets extra charges from when he was out, It was a cocaine sell charge but if he had a warrant and they didnt arrest him on the spot isn't there something out there that they have to drop that or something

The state can file charges at any time within the statute of limitations, and it is normal for "sell charges" to come weeks or many months later.
