Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My fiance is serving 3 years [only 11 months remaining] for cocaine trafficking. The judge also gave him 3 years of community control upon release from DOC. Can this probation be transferred to Georgia or South Carolina? We have job opportunities waiting in GA and I am planning on enlisting in the Army and I want him to move closer to where I will be. We were planning this move before he was ever in any trouble, and would like to get away from our hometown upon his release, so that we can start fresh and be away from the people here. And also can you tell me the exact rules/regulations for community control in FL? The judge did state there will be no electric monitoring devices. If you need to look up his case his name is Stalin Florian and his DC# is Y42603 in FL Dept Of Corrections. Thank you.

He needs to make a motion with the judge to get permission to transfer. Furthermore, GA or SC has to accept the transfer and they have the right to refuse the transfer. Once he's released he should talk to his probation officer to see their opinion but it would be helpful if he had a job lined up.
