Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hi me and my fiancee are currently about to get married we are both convicted felons. I am currently on federal probation with 7 months left into my probation sentence.Currently we are liveng in differnt cities in florida when we are officaly married will i be allowed to transfer my probation and move in with her

It is purely up to probation and the court to decide whether or not you will be allowed to transfer. The marriage is a consideration, but the court or probation may find reasons not to allow the transfer. In other words, talk to probation.

For the most part, yes you SHOULD be able to transfer your probation but the final decision is up to your probation officer and/or the court.
