Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My fiancee was already on probation, and he has been doing well so far, going to school staying out of trouble looking for work. He is facing a new charge driving without a valid DL. Which resulted in a VOP. I am wondering what the outcome could possibly be?

It depends for what he is on probation. A VOP for a driving while license suspended is very different than a VOP for burglary of a dwelling.
