I'm not sure how to answer, other than to say, you file a properly prepared demand. The Speedy trial rule is filled with exceptions and exceptions to exceptions so hopefully you have an attorney to file this demand. An improperly filed demand will be considered a nullity and may also have the effect of upsetting the judge and the prosecutor at a time when you are trying to resolve your case quickly. So getting an attorney, if you don't have one already, is your first priority.
