Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I want to file a grievance in a federal court case.
summary;
my husband is in federal prison i provided information by third party cooperation for the capture of a wanted fugitive. this information lead to the capture of a wanted fugitive, the agreement made between my attorney and the prosecutor was once the fugitive was captured and plead guilty a motion for reduction of my husband's sentence would be put in. well now all of a sudden the prosecutor are not their end of the bargain. how do i file a grievance?

Contact the US Attorney's office that handled your husband's case to see why they didn't hold up their end. If you don't get an answer write a letter to the head US attorney to see if they can handle your grievances.
