Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Right to file Motion to Reconsider Motion to Dismiss
I want to know if it is possible to file a Motion to Reconsider a Motion to Dismiss that was denied by the judge. I have researched the case and believe that the judge has erred in his legal evaluation of the case and would like to point it out to him before trial.

Re: Right to file Motion to Reconsider Motion to Dismiss
The simple answer is yes. It is both a valid and reasonable motion to ask a judge to reconsider a ruling where you have additional legal authority which you desire to bring to the judge's attention.
