Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I need to file a petition to have my record sealed in the state of Florida. I received my "Certificte of Eligibility to Petition for a Seal or Expunge Order" in the mail. How do I go about filing the petition?

You need to file the correct paperwork. I suggest you hire an attorney to assist you to make sure that the petition to seal or expunge is granted.

Or, your clerk of courts or self-help center may be able to assist you. You do have to meet a fair amount of requirements so get help if you can.
