You go to the clerk and file the paperwork. Hire an attorney if you need assistance with that.

You simply go to the clerk of the court in the county of your residence and ask for assistance with filing an injunction. If issued, the initial one would be temporary. Thereafter, before a permanent injunction can be put in place, there will be an evidentiary hearing where you will need to appear in court and explain to the judge why you need one.
