i filed a heabeas corpus in pinellas county court of clerk an da file keeps coming up missing an this is my third time doing so what do i do

You need to hire an attorney to help you with this. You have a due process right to missing evidence but you need to discuss this with an attorney that handles habeas corpus cases. You may need to look around a little bit because many attorneys (myself included) do not handle habeas cases, but there are some out there.
