Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
What does this mean as filed by the state: 775.087(2) and 790.23(1)(a)(c)(d)(e) and (4) (F1-L5) I know it pertains to Felon in possession of a firearm, but what does all the letters and numbers mean?

They are subsections of the statute you are charged under. The state needs to be very specific when charging you and must use the right statute. You should talk this over with your attorney.
