how do you go about filing a pardon to plea in order to get out of a plea you have already accepted

You ask the governor for a pardon. To "get out of a plea" you have to timely move to withdraw your plea, usually within 30 days. You also have 30 days to appeal. That said, the judge doesn't have to grant your motion to withdraw unless it was not done knowing and voluntarily. As far as appeal, with few exceptions usually you can only appeal an illegal sentence and that is usually very unlikely. You should talk to your attorney that you pled with. If you didn't have an attorney, you should call one to see if any of these options are available to you.
