Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I'm filing a petition to seal my criminal record I already recieved my certificate of eligibility in which it has I was arrested two different times for the same charges (which is true because when i was released they came back and arrested me four days later after there investigation) I was just wondering on the part on the pettion stating arrest day is it ok to have two differnt dates??? or should i put the date of arrest thats on my disposition??

This can get very tricky and cause your petition to be denied. You need to hire legal counsel to do this portion of the case or else you risk losing your one shot at this. Contact an attorney in your area.
