filling a law suit
Can and is it possible for a layman to fill a law suit, if so what are the appropreiate forms. Thank You

Hello: A lay person can file nearly every kind of law suit. Sometimes, an attorney is required (e.g., when the suit is on behalf of a corporation, an attorney must rep. the comp.). You should go to a local law library and look up the issues that pertain to that particular area of law. Most law libraries have books with forms for legal pleadings. 'Hope this helps. Tom Rosenblum.
