Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If I find furniture on curb pick it up after asking people in the business on one side of easement and asking a home owner across the easement to which no one knows anything about ,once furniture was in my vehicle a young man walks up and ask how I'm doing when I told him great got this furniture he said it was his he is now pressing charges he has a letter produced after the fact do I stand a chance of keeping said property

Once property is truly abandoned, then you can claim the property. However, a lot depends on exact location of property and why this other person thinks it his. You should get a lawyer right away if you've been charged.
