If you're not an interested party then you just look to what you can find out online. If you are a party, then you talk to your attorney.

You can access the clerk's website to find out when court hearings are, and can generally follow the proceedings. Of course, anyone can attend those hearings, as courtrooms are (almost) always open to the public. Being that you are out of state, doing so would be difficult for you. However, if you have friends or family in the area, they can watch the proceedings and report back to you. If you don't have friends or family, you can always hire an attorney to attend the proceedings and keep you apprised of the developments. If you would like to discuss the situation further, please feel free to contact me at your convenience.
