Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Where do I find the proper format for writing the State attorney? Or is there one? I'm representing myself in a very minor case. Thanks.

There isn't one. You can just write a normal letter. If you want to be formal, you should address a prosecutor in a letter as "The Honorable ____________, Assistant State Attorney."
