Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i need to find out if there is any way to get a sentence reduced for a sex crime, friend was drunk met a chick with fake ID and my frind, an older guy who introduced him to the chick and knew her, and the chick did 3 way, older guy passed out got pissed cuz my friend and chick did not stop when he passed out and old dude called cops on my friend, older guy knew chick was underage, older guy and chick not prosecuted yet my friend serving 12 years when he didnt even know she was underage, yet the man who knew she was underage and set the 3 way up and had sex with chick also is not prosecuted, and chick with fake id not prosecuted either
