Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I need help finding out from a Attorney who is having me arrested for a payday loan, who is this loan from and how much. They are saying that this was done in 2013, I did not have a checking account in 2013. But this Attorney's assistant will not give me any information.

Only the police can have you arrested, and you can't be arrested for just a bad debt. You could hire an attorney to contact that attorney, but any collection attorney must tell you what is owed so that you can pay. Just ask how and what terms and they will surely work with you. If they don't, then ignore them (but get an attorney to protect yourself in the meantime).
