Re: Fine
Disorderly conduct is a second degree misdemeanor in the State of Florida. The maximum penalty is 60 days in the county jail or 6 months probation and/or a $500.00 Fine. If this is your first offense, you should consider applying for the State's pretrial intervention program. Please contact my office, which serves the entire Tampa Bay area, if you have any specific questions.
