Fire arm license
Can a convicted felon, (non violent), apply and receive a concealed fire arms license in the state of Florida?
Is there a statue of limitations?

Re: Fire arm license
No. Unless your civil rights have been restored (along with your right to own/possess a firearm), you cannot own or possess a firearm in the State of Florida if you are a convicted felon. You would need to apply to the Office of Executive Clemency which is a lengthy and difficult process.

No. It does not matter that the felony conviction was non-violent.
