Fire arms.
can a felons wife(with no record), apply for a concealed weapons permit? If so, could she keep weapon @ shared dwelling?

if the wife does not have a felony record, she could get a CCW permit (assuming she met all of the other criteria). there is no law that prohibits the husband from having a firearm in his house (unless probation and/or a court order says otherwise, i.e., as in the case of an injunction). however, the husband is not allowed to possess the firearm (which is a tricky legal questions that covers more than simply having physical possession of the firearm). from there, it would be a case-by-case review.
