firearm possession by a felon
is possession of an antique firearm leagal?

Unfortunately, that is not an easy question to answer. Does it still fire? There is an argument that a firearm is antique, and therefore an exception. However, even though the law recognizes that, it's a question for the jury. I've lost on that issue before. I wouldn't chance it.
