Firearm
My wife left our house while i was away (seperated) not legally, she took my firearm with her and gave it to her friend to keep in her safe.Is this legal?

The purchase date of the firearm is the most critical factor. If purchased during the marriage, it would be considered marital property, meaning she could legally do with it what she wants.

If you are saying she stole the firearm, then yes, stealing is against the law.
