Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was fired from my job and they are threatening to have me arrested for taking a cash deposit. Several people have access to the money and they have no proof I took anything. I didn't do it, they have no proof I did, I have no proof I didn't. Can I be arrested?

There needs to be some evidence. The police may still make an arrest but the prosecutor might decline to prosecute it or the court could dismiss it for complete lack of evidence. Of course, I don't know all the allegations here. Don't admit to anything or discuss it with anyone except a lawyer.
