Fla statute 856.015(2) Open House Parties
My son had a party. We arrived home, put the keg in the garage, started shutting it down and then the police arrived. In trying to protect my son, I was cited for "Open House Party". any advice ?

There are various defenses that are available. First, did you have KNOWLEDGE that the party was going on? Second, did you know that alcohol was going to be served? Third, did you take reasonable steps to prevent the possession? Give these ideas a try.... GOOD LUCK
