Is it legal right now to burn the American flag in Florida ?

That issue was settled by the U.S. Supreme Court, which found that flag burning was an expression of free speach. All cases/laws passed by the Supreme Court over rule the laws of any state. Basicly if the Supreme Court says its ok than that the final word....
