Is fleeing and eluding a lesser included offence to argrvated battery with a motor vehicle aginst a police officer if the police crashed into my drivers side front door.if it is not what is the lesser included offence

Without going to an extensive legal reason, the short answer is no fleeing and eluding is not a lesser included offense. There may be unique circumstances of the case where it could be though. The mandatory lesser is felony battery, battery on a leo, and/or simple battery.
