Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In Florida, I had adjudication of guilt withheld for a domestic misdemeanor. Is it possible to own a gun, or get a cwp? Also can that record be expunged? Thank you

You can never get the charge expunged, but so long as you got adjudication withheld, then under Florida law you should be able to own a gun. Not sure on the concealed weapons permit but my guess would be that you can't.
