Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Florida, criminal law; during a plea hearing, when the judge unconditionally and formally accepts a defendant's plea of guilt and adjudicate him guilty of all charges covered in plea, can the judge at a later hearing change his mind and withdraw the previously accepted plea over the defense objection?
